After a day exploring the parks, come home to indulgence at the Resort, which features a community hot tub, heated pool, fitness center, playground, and a sleek Clubhouse.PARKING – Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. The reserved parking space number for this property is the same as the street address. If you have more than one vehicle in your party, please use the designated “guest” parking spaces. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.SHIPPING POLICY – All deliveries can be done via private carriers such as Federal Express and UPS as well as USPS. Guests must use the property address for door delivery. The resort does not receive, store, or hold packages on behalf of guests.VALET TRASH PICK-UP – Door-step collection begins after 11 AM – 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste – loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects. Please breakdown all cardboard boxes. In addition, there’s also a Community dumpster available for trash disposal.COMMUNITY POOL/SPA HOURS – The Resort pool area is open from dusk to dawn daily. However, hours are subject to change so be sure to check at the clubhouse before making any plans for the day. Night-time swimming is not allowed.POOL TOWELS – Summerville Resort does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home.PARTY/EVENTS – No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.The SpaceSummerville Resort is the ideal base-camp for your Disney vacation. There’s a dining table on the patio, facing the lush, green space of a nature preserve, and a second dining table inside that’s open to the kitchen.After dinner, pile into the comfy living area for a movie on the SmartTV, take the kids for one more dip in the pool or let them burn off the last of the day’s energy on the Resort playground before they crash in their Disney-themed bedroom.Guest InteractionGuests will check themselves into their villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Please note that Summerville Resort does not have a 24-hour check-in desk. Our hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week.If you arrive after our regular hours of operation, simply go directly to your villa and we will be available to assist you when we come in the following morning.Guest AccessYou have sole access to your entire two-story villa. Uber and Lyft are also widely available.Other Things to Note· Pack and play and highchair are available upon request for no extra cost.· Columbia Management provides each property with a small starter kit, which includes: One (1) roll of toilet paper, one (1) hand soap, one (1) shampoo and one (1) conditioner per bathroom; one (1) sponge, one (1) dishwasher soap, one (1) paper towel in the kitchen; one (1) laundry detergent. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest. In case that you need more trash bags, paper towel and toilet paper please request to our company so we can provide you more. We are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Monday through Friday.· Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.Important note:- Any long term reservation that exceeds the normal use of utilities (water, energy, gas), must pay the excess. The invoice will be sent as proof.
