The townhouse is just steps away from the main clubhouse and is well maintained, continually updated, and sure to please. This unit is an end unit which is more private and larger than other townhomes in the same area.We have updated the kitchen with a new table, added new bedding, installed blackout curtains to help guests get a good nights sleep, and added new decor to give the place a fresh clean look.We have and continue to maintain a very high level of service to our guests ensuring that they have constant access to reach us and secure their peace-of-mind with providing a responsive management company which stands ready to assist them 24 hours a day.Please checkout our other units at Windsor Hills:vrbo.com/619027vrbo.com/1855566vrbo.com/1855578House Rules:At this time, the resort is allowing the 6 guests staying in our home access to the water park and pool.Please note that this is a secure resort, requiring a car pass for each vehicle that enters the resort.Guests are required to complete rental agreement via Adobe Sign. Only guests on the rental agreement are allowed in the home, without prior approval.At this time, the resort is not allowing visitors to the pool and water park, just registered guests only.**Please not that our community pool will be closed September 5-October 6, 2024 for resurfacing. The water park will be open to enjoy with your family.
