The home has two bedrooms and can sleep six guests. There are a total of four beds, one king, one queen, and two chair sofa beds. An outdoor patio lanai ensures that everyone will have a place to relax after returning from the beach. Outside, guests can enjoy the condo association’s new pool onsite. We are 140 steps to the pool. While some relax on the lanai and HOA community pool area (140 steps away), others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don’t feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation with comfort and a great location. The home has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a microwave, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has a streaming television with high-speed internet. Finally, they love the location in the Pelican section of Cape Coral and the proximity to the attractions.Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the door and allows us to answer the door remotely when the home is unoccupied. There are no camera devices inside the home. Our cleaner closet is also monitored by a contact alarm system and guests do not have access. Finally, there are cameras at the community pool and dumpster locations monitored by the homeowners’ association.
