vrKCV – Casa de Emdeko 304, Professionally Managed by Kona Coast VacationsWelcome to our home, Casa de Emdeko #304. Our one-bedroom condo is located on the top floor and features an ocean view from the lanai. No Stairs!Imagine enjoying a little quiet time every morning on the lanai while enjoying a cup of Kona coffee, and being mesmerized by the ocean view. In the evenings, enjoy watching the sunset over the Pacific. At Casa the sunset is a nightly ritual where the residents gather on the beach to bid both the day and sun farewell.Our condo is one bedroom with one bath. The bathroom can be entered from both the bedroom and hallway. The condo has been completely updated to provide our guest with modern conveniences in both the kitchen and bathroom. It has everything you need for meal preparations. We have stainless steel Bosch appliances in the Kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a 50- inch smart TV in the living room which has cable and another 42-inch smart TV in the bedroom. Both tv’s have the capability to log in to your own Hulu, Netflix, Showtime, or Amazon accounts. We also offer internet and local phone calls, so you can turn your cell phone off.We are located on the third floor and across from the elevator, so you will not have to go up/down any steps. You will have access to our elevator, both pools and beach and never have to negotiate stairs. Our unit has central A/C as well as ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom and the lanai.My wife and I spent a long time looking the perfect Hawaiian location. We are both teachers and enjoy spending summers on the island. Our condo is our special place, and we want it to be special for you. Whether your trip is for a honeymoon or a quiet vacation, we think it is the perfect place. We limit our condo to no more than 2 people.Casa de Emdeko is gated community located on the coast with two swimming pools. One of the pools is a saltwater oceanside pool. Our condo is located on Alii Dr. about a mile and a half south of Kona. There is a bus stop in front of the unit and convenient store. You will delight in the meticulously maintained garden with fountains. We have a man-made beach next to the ocean front swimming pool. There are also grills and a pavilion for your use.*Please note that this complex has frequent temporary water shut offs.
