The pool will be open year around but the pool heater won’t be available during the winter months.** It’s pollen season for Georgia, and we may have pollens dropped in the pool. We are constantly running the jets and pumps.** absolutely no parties or disruptive events, please. For any unauthorized parties, the fine shall be $1000. Only professional events upon the management’s approval.** We’ve strategically positioned security cameras throughout the property. Inside the Main House, one is specifically placed by the glass door leading to the backyard.
