The separate dining area connects to the large, fully equipped kitchen that includes a raised breakfast bar, island with prep sink, sufficient counter/prep space, and all appliances.OUTDOOR SPACE: The private balcony is located just off of the living room and offers great views of Washington Street, the channel, or just a great place to relax. In addition to the private balcony, there is shared access to the rooftop deck and entertaining space with breathtaking views of the waterfront and downtown area. You can also relax in one of the many lounge chairs while taking in the views of the channel, musical fountain, fireworks, sunset, or just watching boats pass.
