Guests smoking inside the property will result in loss of the security deposit.3. Any extra overnight visitors must be approved in advance and will have to pay an extra fee as set out in our rates. 4. No parties or events are allowed. 5. Any small gathering is restricted to guest approved to stay the night.6. Please park your vehicle in the designated space. 7. In the event that you need to park on-street, please keep our neighbors in consideration and ensure that you don’t block access to their properties. 8. Our garage is off-limits.9. **HOT TUB is only available seasonally in winter month.*10. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount11. **CHILDREN AND MINORS should at all times be supervised at our property by adults. Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times. 12. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables13. We are not responsible for any guest injuries sustained inside the house or on the property.14. Failure to follow any of these house rules is a breach of the terms and conditions of your reservation.15. An extra cleaning fee will be applied if the condition of the house requires additional cleaning. This fee will be based on charges by cleaning crew.16. We reserve the right to evict any guest or visitor who fails to adhere to our rules. 17.
