Centrally located, only 6 miles to Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Caladesi Island State Parks, one block from the Pinellas Trail, and only STEPS (400ft) to Main Street! The main house and 2nd floor studio with its own exterior entrance are both included. *****We welcome 1 dog during your stay with an additional $30 daily fee per day*****THE SPACE: This bungalow has a flexible layout for your friends or family stay. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with walk in shower, full kitchen, dining area, and living room. On the second floor is the studio providing some extra privacy and space. This studio is accessed by a set of exterior steps leading to the private entrance at the back of the house. There is sleeping for 2, a kitchenette and full bathroom with walk-in shower. This would be a great option for families looking to give the grandparents their own space, friends who want to vacation together but maintain a bit more privacy, or simply just a larger group needing a bit more space, flexibility, and amenities.GUEST ACCESS: Main home (2br/1ba) front screened porch, rear yard. Upstairs studio/1 br with full bath.OTHER DETAILS: This property has a separate master studio with a kitchenette and full bathroom located above the main house that has its own exterior entrance and provides a bit more privacy. Please note to access the studio you must climb a flight of exterior steps.
