We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out. Managed by an experienced host.2020 fully remodeled craftsman house in HOLLYWOOD area with 2 dedicated parking spots inside the property. It has an open floor plan and a KING bed in the master.-Super comfortable bedding, spacious living room, and full kitchen.-Walking distance to Paramount Studios and Hollywood Forever Cemetery-Plenty of restaurants & bars nearby.-This is the FRONT unit of a duplex. The back unit is also listed on VRBO.*Trash collection every THURSDAY, please move your trash cans/bins on the streets the night before.PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:*Trash collection every Thursday; please move your trash cans/bins on the streets the night before.*For long-term stays, initial supplies of essentials are provided. If you require more, please feel free to replenish as needed.ADDITIONAL GUEST*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)LATE CHECK OUT*Sorry but we don’t allow late checkouts.*If you exceed, you will be charged $30 for the first 30 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $50.PARTIES NOT ALLOWED*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.*Strictly no drugs allowed.*No smoking inside the home.
