Refrigerator, oven with glass cooktop, microwave, toaster, and Keurig with a large selection of beverages are all available. The kitchen also includes creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Please note that the complex does not allow garbage disposals, so please throw away your food scraps!★Living Room:Relax on the comfortable sofa (queen bed sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress) and love seat (single sleeper sofa) in the living room while enjoying the large 55″ 4k TV. Cable TV with Showtime, and an Amazon Echo Dot with Alexa services round out the entertainment options. Open the balcony doors to bring the outside in and enjoy the wide open space.★Bathroom:The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, soaps, hair dryer, Q-Tips, makeup removers, and bath linens. Extra linens are found in the hall closet.★Balcony:The private balcony is a perfect setting for meals or just relaxing after a fun filled day exploring the Scottsdale area. Electric shade on the patio closes for ultimate privacy.★Complex:The complex includes a large heated pool. A ping pong table is located in the pool area. The laundry room is located on the same level as the condo, just down the catwalk. The clubhouse contains a cardio room and sauna downstairs, and some weights and a pool table with stereo upstairs. The backside of the clubhouse features the spa and a beautiful sitting area.
