Quiet time starts at 10PM nightly; backyard activity needs to be limited to soft music and quiet voices.Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland outdoor malls are only a few miles from this perfect North Scottsdale location, and Spring Training games are just a few miles further south on the 101 freeway, which is only minutes from the home.The Vig, Thompson 105, Kay Sushi and trendy Hash Kitchen restaurants are 1/2 -1 mile away.
