In the living room, you will enjoy a 65 in flat-screen Smart TV and large sliding glass doors that completely open to an enclosed lanai. After your adventures for the day, you can relax on the lanai while watching the gorgeous sunsets along the sparkling waters of the gulf.The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a fully equipped kitchen giving you everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals. Seat up to six guests in the more formal dining area or three can enjoy a snack at the kitchen breakfast bar. It doesn’t matter – all will appreciate the same scenic view.This unit also has a storage closet downstairs with 2 bikes and beach chairs to use during your stay!Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom is located in the back of the house with sweeping views of Anna Maria Sound. This bedroom has a king-size bed as well as a 55 in Smart TV and on suite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located in the front of the unit. Bedroom 2 has a King-size bed and a 55 in Smart TV as well as an attached on suite bathroom, bedroom 3 has a set of bunk beds as well as a pull-out trundle bed and a Bean Bag Chair that converts to a full-size sleeper for additional sleeping. The unit will sleep up to 8 comfortably. An additional Shared Bathroom is located outside of this bedroom.Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.
