There are 2 fresh fish markets within a mile, a large grocery store, and great restaurants are just a short walk. Whatever you need is within walking distance or take the trolley to visit the north or south end of the Island.When walking into the house you are greeted with a lovely front entrance to store miscellaneous items and sandy shoes. The main level of the house features a large dining room table with seating for ten and the living room features a large smart TV. The kitchen is off the main area and is fully equipped with everything needed to cook your favorite home-cooked meals! Plenty of space for the kids or another couple. Each bedroom has its own smart TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth bathroom also has a tub. There is a clawfoot bathtub in the master suite upstairs, however, it is not currently working.The master suite has a large private balcony for your quiet time and morning coffee. The other king bedroom on the second floor has a smaller balcony to enjoy. The balcony off the living room with a ceiling fan adds to your outside enjoyment. Make sure you visit the screened-in top-floor balcony to see the spectacular sunsets over the Gulf or for an adult hideaway.​​​​The garage area is great for the kids with a ping pong table, dart game, and more.
