The entire community is a pet-friendly community and you may run into other residents’ pets during your stay.4. Gym is a mini+gym with 2 treadmills and a workout area with weights, enough to get a great workout but it is not a full blown commercial gym.5. You can expect some street noise due to our proximity to vibrant Old Town streets.6. Please let me know if you’re bringing any pet/s with you. Only one pet per reservation is allowed. Your pet must be added as a guest on the reservation. If staying longer than 2 weeks with a pet, must agree to additional cleanings every 14 days.7. Home is equipped with a smart lock. Access to the property requires using the August Home mobile application. There is no physical key access or keypad access. Home must be accessed via the August mobile app.8. The apartment is easily accessible on the fourth floor via an elevator!9.
