It’s located in South Seas Club NW, Tower 3 facing South looking at the entire length of the beach! It is fully remodeled and directly on the beach & Ocean/Gulf of Mexico with stunning views of Marco’s 6 mile crescent beach from this sought after fifth floor, SOUTH side condo.Kitchen cabinets are white with granite counter tops with a large modern single sink and faucet. The cupboards are fully stocked with white dishes/blue trim & hammered silverware from Bed Bath and Beyond. The cabinets are fully stocked with water glasses, wine glasses, plastic plates for children and plenty of pots and pans should you decide to eat in. Coffee pots are provided for brewing regular coffee or Keurig. The view is streamlined where you look straight through to the ocean.Dining room includes a rectangular dining table that seats six with light gray chairs with a modern light fixture hung above it.Living room has an L shaped couch plus a matching chair. Both are light gray. There is a 65″ wall-mounted smart TV. Also, you will have WIFI & Cable included. A 72″ ceiling fan has been installed in the living room to ensure your comfort. Once again, you have a beautiful view of the ocean with sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony.Balcony/patio furniture consists of 2 balcony height square tables with modern high top chairs that are light gray. Seats 4 or bring in 2 additional bar stools from inside to seat 6.Additionally a swivel chair and a reclining chair w ottoman are there for you to relax as you look over the Gulf of Mexico and the expansive stretch of Marco Island’s sandy white beaches.The Master bedroom furniture is white, modern contemporary. There is a 42″ TV hung on the wall, a custom master closet with built in ironing board & an area to apply make up, a ceiling fan and again a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico through the sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The Master bathroom has a walk in shower with a seat. The bathroom counter top is granite. Most importantly, the Master Bedroom has a private enterance to the balcony and a spectacular view of the beach.Second bedroom has three beds & will sleep four people. The bunk bed is white twin over twin beds with walk up steps (not a ladder). There is another stand alone full size bed. Each bed has its own wall mounted dimmable light with USB ports. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a single sink with granite.Beach Needs-We provide beach towels, chairs, umbrealla, cooler & a beach wagon. Previous renters often leave noodles & floats for your use.___________________________The RESORT-South Seas Club is the name of the entire Condominium complex which is a gated community that offers everything you need for an exotic, tropical vacation. It has a heated swimming pool, an exercise room, pickle ball and clay tennis courts. Boat docks and Kayak rentals are available on a per night/wk/mo basis at Tigertail which is a short walk on the beach.OUR CONDO-“Sandy Feet Retreat” is located in Tower 3, on the fifth floor directly facing the Gulf of Mexico and Tigertail Beach. The sixth floor height is perfect. Not so low where you can’t see the water for the trees. And not too high for those that get a bit queasy.Again, the view of the beach is looking South!!!!! You see almost the entire Marco Island beach which is highly sought after. Your view will be extraordinary!Laundry is taken seriously . Extra long sanitize wash. There is no carpet in the unit and no area rugs! After Housekeeping cleans the unit, I as the owner go in and do one final wipe down with disinfectant wipes on door knobs, light switches, remote controls, all kitchen handles, toilet seats/flusher, etc. The wonderful thing about South Florida is that almost everything you do is outdoors which decreases your risk of exposure.Publix grocery store has delivery service. Additionally, Publix added curb side pick up.Wynn Dixie offers options as well.We have 2 companies that offer free transportation around the Island and to and from restaurants from 4 pm to 11 pm.Non Smoking-No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Smoking only permitted on the ground level outdoor in designated areas.Pets-The condominium regulations at South Seas Club prevents pets on the premises. Marco Island beach also restricts pets. I’m so sorry.South Seas is adjacent to Tigertail Beach, a picturesque thirty-one acre natural preserve and shorebird nesting area. Collect shells in the warm waters of tide pools that you walk right out onto from your vacation home. In Season (winter), there is a concession stand at Tigertail that rents inner tubes, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, windsurfers, and electric-powered boats, which can be used to explore a tropical lagoon.Activities: Tennis, pickleball, putting green, bocce, and shuffleboard are located on the South Seas grounds. Kayaking, parasailing, biking, catamaran and jet-ski rentals are available at many locations along the 3 mile beach. Dolphin excursions are highly recommended. Golf and sailing are near by on Marco Island. There are many excellent restaurants offering a variety of cuisines on Marco as well as at nearby Naples.Area Airports: 1/2 hours to Naples; 1 hour to Ft Myers; 1 1/2 hours to Ft Lauderdale; 2 hours to Miami. For private aircraft, there is the Marco Island Airport which has fuel for all aircraft, including jet fuel.Note: Construction is complete on our condo bldg. Additionally, individual owners are not permitted to have construction projects going on within their units during winter months unless it is an emergency, so your stay should be relatively quiet. Off season month will have some construction. It’s imperative to keep our building up to date.NOTE: After booking and before your arrival you will need to provide the following information to the owner in order to prepare your registration check in agreement for South Seas Club NW Condominium.
