The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watching the game, or relaxing with a movie.This home does not have AC, and instead has a QuietCool whole house ventilation system. The open design of the house provides good air flow. There are large ceiling fans in each room. Floor and personal fans are available and provided as well.Outdoor living at its best, the expansive main lanai has seating areas complete with outdoor large 75″ screen TV, outdoor BBQ and dining area and a stunning pool with an outdoor shower too.
