Air-conditioning, ceiling fans inside and outback poolside on the privately caged in Lania. Huge eat-in kitchen with table for 4 and additional seating at the counter, newly renovated laundry room, Living room, and dining room with a large dinner table. 3 large bedrooms plus a den with a desk and a printer, a couch, and loveseat for additional sleeping with a full bathroom next to it. Master has a King bed, walk-in closet, huge shower, and soaker tub with a private toilet. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds and large closets share a full bathroom. Black-out curtains throught the house help keep out the Florida heat. 3 car garage on a corner lot. House is equipt with Google for music inside and on the lanai. Short drive to several beautiful beaches. Plenty of great restaurants and parks nearby not to mention large sidewalks to tour the beautiful South Gulf Cove neighborhood. Boca Grande is only a 15-minute drive to see the most beautiful beaches. Other beaches are less than a 30-minute drive.Keyless entry!
