It is close to many shops and restaurants giving a great choice of dining locations. All tastes are catered for whether it be a fast food choice or fine dining, all are not too far away. The beautiful beaches are only 40 minutes away on the Atlantic Coast and less than 2 hours to the famous beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast.Pool heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at £150 per week. There is an accidental damage waiver of £49 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal. Any bookings less than 7 nights will incur an end of let clean fee of £130.
