There is a paid parking lot adjacent to the building, a paid parking deck 2 blocks away on 2nd Street directly up the hill, and another on the corner of 2nd and Market ($10 per 24 hours). Metered parking ($1.50 per hour) around the building is also available on Princess, Chestnut, Front, and Water streets from 9am to 6:30pm. (Street parking is free on Sundays and overnight.)
