Studio / 1 Full Bathroom located right at the base of the resort! Just steps away from the lift. The condo has just what you need for a trip to the ski area. The bathroom features a tub shower combo. The kitchenette features a small stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and apartment size refrigerator and freezer. The murphy bed can be folded up during the day to make room for the dining table. The living features a wood-burning fireplace. Wood for the fireplace is included!There is a queen size sleeper sofa as well.A shared rooftop hot tub and sauna are located in the same building.The Durango Mountain Club is accessible for an additional 4% fee paid to use the optional amenities. These included a fitness Center, spa, outdoor pool, pool slide, and hot tub and more. Please let me know after booking if you would like the use of the optional amenities building so that I can send a request for the extra 4%The Resort also charges an additional non-optional $75 one-time key fee per stay which need to be sent as a payment request prior to arrival.
