Air-Conditioning throughout, Cable/Wifi, TVs–everything is included here.Laundry room in the back which is shared with guest apt.Please note the following prior to making your reservation:-Rental Age Policy: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and occupy property for duration of reservation.- This home has a small guest apt. attached in the back with an annual tenant renting this space. Apt is completely independent of the main house. Laundry room is shared with this annual tenant.-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
