Our home has a full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware. We supply linens and bathroom towels as well. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and upstairs in the loft (bedroom 2) there are 2 double beds. Kids love the loft area with its 4ft ceilings, they feel so tall. Enjoy a meal or drink on the front porch gazing at the spectacular view of the hill country while watching for wildlife (fox, deer, birds). Sit by the firepit and gaze at the stars, throw some discs in the disc golf basket, play cornhole or simply just relax.1/4 mi to view the lake & 1.1-3.6mi to swim in lake. Walk or ride bike across the dam aprox. 1.1 mi (you can also drive around) to Overlook Park for a swim.Our tiny house accommodates 4 adults (age 13+) or 6 guests including smaller kidsWe are 1/4 mile from the Dam walking path entrance. Walk or ride your bike across the dam to Overlook Park for a swim about 1.1 mile start to finish. This home is not recommended for those with kids under 3. Entering the loft there is no railing on the left side of the top stair step which may pose a risk to toddlers.During your stay you will have access to the entire tiny house & fire pit just for tiny house guests, a private driveway after you enter the shared gate, and about 1 acre of land. The only areas shared are the entrance gate, disc golf basket, & remaining property acreage not designated to the other home. If you wish to use the swing set in the main house yard, just ask so we can ask the main house guests for access.At any point in time, feel free to contact us. We typically respond very promptly. However, we may be working and will get back to you asap.We do have a couple of cameras on the property. There is a camera that views the property’s driveway and a video doorbell. We take the privacy of our guests very seriously.
