We have recently renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, along with other updates to make your stay more enjoyable. Tucked away in the quiet, private neighborhood of Ocean Sands, the sweeping views from our oceanfront gem will take your breath away. Our beach cottage is just steps away from the wide beaches of Corolla, has a private hot tub, 3 family rooms, and offers many oceanfront sun decks and covered decks for dolphin watching.Leave your stresses at home; with the ocean as your backyard they will be washed away. Our home is a spacious and bright 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath oasis. Dry entry brings you into the ground level, where you will find the first family room with a TV and Roku, a half bath with direct access to the outdoor shower, and the laundry area. Up one flight to the mid level you’ll find 3 bedrooms and a recently remodeled full bath. The Queen bedroom offers direct oceanside deck access with the hot tub conveniently through the sliders. A second bedroom also offers slider access to the shared oceanside deck, and a third offers 2 sets of bunkbeds. On your way to the next level, you will pass through the entry hall with outdoor access to yet another deck with stairs to the ground. On the top level, we have 2 more Queen bedrooms. The first offers a sun deck and shares a full bath with the living area. The second Queen bedroom was not offered to renters by the previous owners; it offers a spacious bedroom, a private oceanfront deck, and a large full bathroom with double vanities. This level also offers a full services kitchen, a second family room, and a screened porch just off the kitchen. Our lovely spiral staircase takes you to a loft family room area as well as the highest deck that offers the most spectacular ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sun come up over the ocean!We have a fully equipped open kitchen that joins the dining and living areas with island seating. Included are dishes, cookware, pots, pans, cutlery, barware, and glassware for your every culinary need. When you arrive at our home, please notify us right away if you find anything to be not working properly. This helps us be able to get address it in a timely manner. Our partners do a fantastic job of making sure everything is done during a very short window. Check-out time is 10 am and departure instructions are in your welcome email and also located on the refrigerator. Check-in time is set for 4 pm to allow them the time they need to prepare the home for your arrival.We understand that there are times when you may need an early check-in time. We are happy to offer guaranteed early check-in if you have confirmed & paid for this additional service 2 weeks prior to arrival. This payment allows us to compensate our house staff for prioritizing our home for your early arrival at 1 pm. As a courtesy to our service vendors, we ask that you please do not park at the home, drop off personal items, or ask our vendors if the home is ready yet if you do not choose to coordinate a guaranteed early check-in. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare our home for your getaway!
