We’re also a short 10-minute walk from bars, restaurants, and piers.The Space:Our home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests for any length of stay. We’ve incorporated brand-new floors, fresh paint, and contemporary furnishings. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with new comforters, while the living room features a pull-out queen bed, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 4 guests. I want to make your stay in Newport Beach worthwhile!The Neighborhood:It’s a quiet, peaceful, and secure neighborhood with a new park that the city just built. The park is about one block away from the apartment. The downtown offers entertainment for adults and children including Ferry rides and attractions. The unit is walking distance from bars, restaurants, and shops!Getting Around:You can walk to everything, bay, beach, bars, and restaurants.Other Things to Note:Street cleaning occurs on Mondays on one side of the street and Tuesdays on the other side. Parking is prohibited in the alley, and any parking tickets are the sole responsibility of the guest.Interaction with Guests:I work 20 minutes away from the home if I’m needed for any sort of emergency please feel free to call anytime.
