Winter whale sighting happens daily off your lanai. You’ll also have your own in-unit washer and dryer. Primary suite is furnished with king bed and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom includes 2 extra long twin beds that can be converted to a King bed upon request and for a fee, with an adjacent bathroom with shower/tub. Window AC located in both bedrooms.Just a few steps to one of the 3 community pools and 2 tennis courts on site. There are no stairs and assigned parking space very near unit. Country Club Villas is very well located in Kailua-Kona, just a short walk to Keauhou Shopping Center with many restaurants, multiplex movie theater, KTA Grocery store, CVS drug store, and Farmer’s Market every Saturday. There is also a pick-up point for shuttle to downtown. Kahalu’u Beach Park is 1 mile away and boasts the best snorkeling on the island.This is a non-smoking (including lanais and outside grounds) and no pets property.
