The waves crashing on the rocks helps drown out noises from the other units and the beautifully maintained lawn as your back yard to the water. It is a corner unit on the ground floor so it opens up the “private space” for this condo. The complex next door faces south so there are no other units that look over your lanai. The sunsets from the lanai are spectacular! Perfect unit for watching the outriggers in the morning, the spinner dolphins, parasailers, some surfers and spear fishers! Very clean and quiet.One of the best locations in the complex, this unit features 1-bedroom and 1-bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen & ceilings fans. Being on the end, you have a nice bank of floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom, and a smaller window in the shower, which allows not only good ventilation, but adds lots of daylight. The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room to accommodate additional guests. *Portable AC unit in the Bedroom only.The solar heated swimming pool is ideally situated at the ocean edge along with a sandy beach, picnic area, and gas barbecues. A unique salt water pool is next to the ocean. The Salt Water pool is adjacent to but not on the Kona Isle property and it is owned by the State of Hawaii. Use at your own risk.
