Tucked away in Madequecham, it’s just a short drive down a sandy road to one the island’s best beaches & everything is brand new! In addition to the beautiful home and guest suite, the property boasts a fantastic private swimming pool and a big private yard. A fantastic option for those who want to spend the mornings at the beach and the afternoon by the pool. The first floor of the main house welcomes you into the gracious foyer and immediately to your right you’ll find the large living room with a gorgeous wow-factor fieldstone fireplace. Immediately to the left is the stunning eat-in gourmet kitchen with french doors out to the deck and pool/spa area of the yard. There is a half-bath just off the foyer on this level. The second story is home to the spacious master bedroom with a sumptuous en suite bath and two additional bedrooms with one hall-sharing bath. One of these is a room with 3 twin beds. There is also a daybed that can be perfect for overflow guests. The delightful guest suite on the second level of the carriage house provides your guests with tremendous privacy. Accessed through a dedicated entrance featuring a spiral staircase, this space is nicely appointed with a double bed, 2 comfy chairs, a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette, a full bath, and a wonderful deck with outdoor dining furniture.
