This spacious apartment is ideal for all types of residents. From large families to students or interns, the space suits all with its size and central location. Reach out with any questions!The apartment has beautiful brand new epoxy counters in the bathrooms and kitchen. Each room will have two beds, desk chairs, and desks. The rooms still have plenty of room for other items.Guest’s will have access to the entire apartment :)Our team is local, and we’ll be around to accommodate you as best we can. We’re available 24/7 for any emergencies as well. We’re more than happy to provide any insight or recommendations within the town and surrounding area :)The apartment is located in the Center of Hoboken, a walkable distance from numerous restaurants, shops, and bars in town. There are plenty of public transit options in the area. Hoboken is an extremely safe and fun town with low crime and active residents.The apartment is a 5-minute walk from a bus station which will take you directly to Manhattan in only 20 minutes. PATH trains, NJ transit, the Ferry, and the Light Rail are also in the area to utilize.The current sleeping arrangements are the following. Bedroom 1 will have a King bed. Bedroom 2 will have two Twin XL beds. Bedroom 3 will have two Twin Xl Beds and a cot. The living room will have a pullout couch for a total of 8 sleeping spots. The king will be comprised of 2 Twin XL beds and a topper. We can convert the beds in rooms 2 and 3 to a king upon request as well.Quiet Time is 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM; please be sure to talk in a low tone and turn down loud music at this time. Parties are also prohibited in the apartment.There is absolutely no smoking inside of the apartment. This includes but is not limited to cigarettes, Marijuana, Cigars, incense, other tobacco products and any other illicit substances. There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.Other residents in the building are not to be disturbed under any circumstances.
