This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in an elevator building is a few blocks away from the bus and PATH into Manhattan where you will be in the heart of Times Square in 20 minutes. The location couldn’t be better with numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and various other stores within a walkable distance. The nightlife in Hoboken on the weekends is a must. This apartment has 4 beds, and a 5th guest is more than welcome to stay on the couch as an extra set of linens will be provided. The apartment is over 1000 Square Feet and 1 gigabyte Wi-Fi is equipped. The building has a shared laundry on each floor as well. Reach out with any questions you may have! There will be a $500 fine imposed on anyone who breaks this rule to cover deep cleaning services of furniture, walls and any damages that resulted from smoke.
