Recently updated and located right at the banks of the Saco River, this home comfortably sleeps 8 and is the perfect location for all-season getaways. The home is in Bartlett NH, 10 minutes from restaurants and shopping in North Conway, 5 minutes from Story Land and minutes from a multitude of ski and hiking mountains. The open floor plan with a large kitchen features a large harvest table perfect for family meals and board games. The spacious great room has sweeping views of the Saco River and a woodfired stove. The home sits on over an acre with a flat private river rock beach 50 feet from the back deck.The home is in a residential community that has deeded rights to a private sandy beach which is a 2-minute walk from the home. The neighborhood also has a trail that follows the Saco River up one mile. We love walking up this trail then tubing right back to the home! This is a family home in a quiet neighborhood- loud/late night parties will not be tolerated, also no bachelor/bachelorette parties.
