Updated 1/1 Condo in a quiet community on gorgeous Anna Maria Island. You will be blocks away from the beautiful white sand beach and free island trolley.Your vacation rental is loaded with extras from an Echo Dot to a remote vacuum to help keep the beach grit away!This complex has two heated pools, a tennis/pickleball court, and a kayak launch on-site. In addition, you will be within walking distance to CVS Pharmacy, Publix Supermarket, restaurants, and ice cream shops (our personal favorite).A fully stocked kitchen is a rare find in a rental. We personally like to cook and made sure that everything we would want is there. If you need something else, reach out – if possible, we will get it to you!Summer 2024 – added a Tempur-Pedic Cloud king mattress for the bedroom and brand new reclining sofa and love seat for the living room.The family room has a 75 inch TV with built in Netflix. Spectrum basic cable and a Netflix account is supplied, just in case you have issues logging into your Netflix.For your beach days, we have a pushcart, your choice of beach chairs, lots of beach towels, extra beach bags, and your choice of umbrellas or a Cool Cabana!If you are traveling with your furry friends, we have supplied a dog bed, toys, leashes and extra collection bags.Your balcony overlooks the lush pool area with a bistro style table and chairs, in addition to two Adirondack Chairs. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, or bird watching on a lazy afternoon.
