It is a short walk to the ocean for amazing kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or to watch the sun set on the dock. Rarely another person in sight (ocean access shared with three residences). It is a wooded lot with extensive wildlife within view of 20′ deck with retractable awning and fire pit. Very relaxing place to stay and a short distance to local restaurant and brewery (1.6 miles) and downtown Bar Harbor (15 minutes). Acadia National Park points of interest, such as Canoe and Kayak Rentals on Long Lake are just a few miles away.The space2 bedrooms, bath, and large open kitchen-living room area that was recently remodeled, with fold-out couch and second couch and new heat pump/cooling for your comfort.
