The open living, dining and kitchen areas allow for easy first floor living. A luxury sectional sofa maximizes seating around a wall-mounted smart TV. The dining table seats 7-8, plus seating for 4 at the kitchen island. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen includes under-cabinet lighting, brightening prep areas. Recessed lights (inside and outside) are controlled by dimmers, allowing for individualized lighting control. Also downstairs, a 1/2 bath is directly inside the front door/covered porch. As a newly built home, there are lots of conveniently located electrical outlets.Located upstairs are two private bedrooms + a sleeping loft/secondary living area. One private bedroom has a queen bed and one private bedroom has two twin beds. The sleeping loft has two double/full platform beds (perfect for kids & teens), as well as another smart TV. The upstairs rooms share a full bath, with plenty of hooks for towels. All beds have new mattresses and lots of pillows.
