Welcome to this well appointed one bedroom, one bathroom condo that is in the heart of Breckenridge! Once you arrive you can park your car and not use it during your entire stay. The gondola is two blocks away and a five-minute walk from the condo. All of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are walking distance. The condo is perfect for couples and small groups and families that are looking to stay in the heart of Breck!The Space:This condo comfortably sleeps four people. The bedroom has a king size bed and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and a dining table with four chairs to enjoy it! After a day of fun, cozy up to the couch and find a good show or movie on the flat screen, Smart TV.The Val d’Isere Condominium building has an amazing location and this unit includes a parking pass for one vehicle. The gondola is a five-minute walk away and all of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are walking distance from the condo. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with a stop for the Purple Route a block from the condo at the intersection of French Street and Wellington Road. But, you may just decide to walk everywhere!Other Things to Note:Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.Interaction with Guests:We are in-town and available during your stay!
