1 Bdrm Ocean & Pool view with Large Lanai & AC in the heart of Kailua KonaThis condo’s spaciousness lanai looks out over the pool to the ocean. The perfect oasis for a cup of coffee in the morning and evening cocktails. Accommodations include a king size mattress in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed(not pictured) in the living room(good for one adult or 2 kids). There is also a pack and play for those with infants. The condo is tiled throughout and has a washer/dryer. The condo is conveniently located walking distance to historic downtown Kailua-Kona. Free parking. There are some beach essentials: snorkel gear, 2 folding beach chairs, coolers, sand bucket and toys. Keep in mind the beach gear gets used a lot so I definitely recommend bringing you own or renting.
