The brown plated patterns of the interior aesthetics are a stark contrast to the rusty brick of the exterior and the lush greenery of Savannah. This home is quiet, quaint and entirely livable. All of the food, shopping and the river are right next door, a five minute walk or less. The neighborhood is clean and inviting with plenty of manicured parks to explore, unique shops to experience, and fine restaurants to try.Historic Downtown Savannah feels big but remains small, thus most destinations are walkable. If you prefer to drive, street parking and parking garages are readily available. If you prefer to ride we suggest you try the free shuttle that comes every 10 minutes and will tour you around all of Historic Downtown.Property includes:1) There is limited free parking this close to the river. Street parking is paid 8-8 but there are always spots available and you can use the ParkSavannah app to pay from wherever you are. There are also several garages very close by.
