One Bedroom and One Full Bathroom with 2 AC Units. Sleeps Two With Comfort. This unit was 100% completely remodeled from the floor up in 2019. We do not allow pets at The Cottage.My wife and I recently purchased this unit from the previous 5 Star owner Dave K. We will continue to provide exceptional service and do everything we can to make your vacation wonderful!The Siesta Key Beach Cottage is located right on Beach Rd directly across the street from the #1Beach in the USA. Walk out the front door and walk across the street to beach access #7 andyou are on the white powder Beach of Siesta Key.If you are looking for some lunch after a day at the beach, walk out the front door of The Siesta KeyBeach Cottage and head around the corner up to the Village. There you will find any type of foodyou can imagine. If the sun has made you thirsty there are plenty of options to grab your favoritecocktail while listening to live music while sitting outside.Take the beach cruiser bikes provided at the Beach Cottage and bike down to the north end ofthe beach. There you will reach an old concrete pier you can walk out on and watch sunset.Beach Cruisers are the best way to get around. Park the car and throw away the keys. Walk orbike around the Key………leave the car at the Beach Cottage!!!!There are some chairs and lounge chairs on the patio.There is an outdoor shower to rinse off any sand from the beach before entering the unit.All kitchen appliances are new, granite counter top is new. Bathroom hasnew tile floor, new enclosed glass shower with new tile wall and floor, and new sink. The wallsand ceiling are new pine through out the whole cottage. Crate and Barrel queen bed andmattress. Flat screen TV’s are new. This Beach Cottage is basically brand new but the nauticaldecor and design has a beachy laid back feeling to it.This is not a condo…it is a Beach Cottage….You will not find a cooler place on the Key to enjoy your vacation.
