From the driveway, walk up a full flight of stairs to the front deck and main entrance. Enter into an open living and dining area. Living room has a comfortable sleeper sofa, oversized ottoman, and Smart TV. Dining area has a round table with seating for 6. Small nook off the dining area has a writer’s desk and chair. Adjacent to this area is a spacious, remodeled kitchen with black granite counters, white cabinets, Amana gas range, top freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, and breakfast counter with two barstools. Down the hallway from the kitchen and living/dining area is the main bathroom and primary bedroom. Bathroom has a single vanity, stackable washer/dryer, and tub/shower combination. Primary bedroom has an upholstered queen bed, night stand, floor lamp, ample closet space, and full length mirror. Hardwood floors throughout. Overnight visitors? Invite them to stay out back in the comfortable detached guest cottage. Guest cottage has a queen bed, night stand, Smart TV, and bathroom. Connecting the main cottage to the guest cottage is a lovely stone paver walkway and patio, complete with outdoor seating, propane gas BBQ, beautiful succulents, and Pacific Ocean views. Whether you wish to enjoy the sunset from the back patio or on the front deck with bistro style seating, you won’t be disappointed with all that “June Bug” has to offer.
