Quiet and relaxing casita here in the heart of San Fernando. Featuring one bedroom/one bath stand-alone back house that sleeps four comfortably. Walking distance to metro link station. The house includes parking on street, front load washer/dryer, new bathroom, cable TV, wifi, a private backyard with fire pit/bbq, and cooking essentials.We try to address all the wonderful feedback we’ve received from our guests. As of August 31, 2022, we have made the following changes.1) Hired a new cleaning service2) Installed blinds on the front door and front windows for privacy3) Added an A/C unit in the living room (the bedroom already had one)4) Replaced the sofa bed mattressThis house is behind the main house and is accessible through the side gate with contactless entry.No parties or loud noises. This is a family-friendly neighborhood. The city of San Fernando has it’s own police department and are quick to respond.Close to freeway 210, 118, 5, 405. A 10 minute walk to the metro link station with a 30 minute train ride to Union Station in Downtown LA. Close to six flags magic mountain and universal city.We are in the middle of Six flags Magic Mountain 14miles away, and the famous Universal studios Hollywood 14miles away. Other attractions around us are Hollywood Walk of Fame 18 miles away.West Hollywood strip 19 miles away. Getty Museum 19 miles away. Griffith Observatory 22 miles away.
