Welcome to the Foster Boat Works Condo #19, on Lake Charlevoix!Our quaint one bedroom, 2nd floor condo has a Queen size bed, efficiency kitchen, sofa sleeper in living room, tub and shower combination, and great waterside balcony, overlooking the North West Yacht Marina. Outside charcoal grills are offered at a neighboring park.Less than 500 yards to Ferry Beach Park which offers lifeguards, playground equipment, basketball courts, sand volleyball, concession stands and a great sandy beach. The public boat launch is right at the end of the street and it’s about a 5 block walk to town. Boat slips are available for rent by calling Northwest Marine. We have the perfect location for those who want to see and do it all!**Please note this property rents on a 7-night minimum basis during the peak season (Saturday – Saturday). Some exceptions may apply so please call us directly for more information.*** Summer 2023 there is no access to NWYM amenities(pool and occasionally laundry) due to remodeling.
