The video tour shows how great this unit is and the wonderful view.Gorgeous wooden flooring, and a comfortable living area with a large screen TV is just the beginning of what is to be your home base while in Hawaii. The full kitchen has a dishwasher, range, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer and is fully stocked with everything needed for that ‘at home’ feeling. The bedroom has a comfortable pillow top king bed, and since this is an end unit, there are windows in every room. A washer and dryer is located right in the unit, and of course it has air conditioning. Unlike other units that only have a wall air conditioner in the living room, this beautiful unit is air conditioned throughout, including the bedroom. High speed internet (WiFi) as well as free calling to the US Mainland and Canada is included at no extra charge.Of the 130 units at the Kona Reef, less than a dozen have air conditioning throughout the unit. Others have a wall AC unit in the living room, but this condo has AC for the entire unit including the bedroom. While it is cooler at night, the added benefit of a bedroom that is cool can be pretty enjoyable on hot evenings.Enjoy the ocean front pool and spa as well as the immaculate BBQ area. It is a great place to watch those fantastic Kona sunsets, while you put a fresh Mahi-Mahi on the grill.This is one of many 1 bedroom units we have at the Kona Reef. We also have two bedroom ocean front units as well as one bedroom ocean front units.
