1 Bedroom Plus Bunk in Emerald Beach Resort – Newly remodeled, Amazing Views!Emerald Beach Resort Unit 1735 – Open, bright and comfortable 1 bedroom plus bunk nook.This condo has stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with water and ice maker in the door and is stocked with everything you will need to cook a family dinner or a small breakfast. It offers a drip coffee maker and everything you will need in the way of small appliances. The bar has seating for four with a dining table that also seats four. The living room has comfortable furniture with a sliding door to the large balcony and a large flat screen TV.The master bedroom features a king bed and a large flat screen TV. The shared bathroom has a single vanity with a shower and tub combo. There are also twin over twin bunk beds in the hall nook, perfect for the kids!Emerald Beach Resort offers plenty of amenities and direct beach access to have the best vacation. The resort includes multiple outdoor pools, including a beachfront pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, grill area, an onsite market, and shuffleboard. The kids will love the lagoon pool that has water park features. You can have a refreshing drink at the tiki bar or have a coffee at the onsite Starbucks!This property features 100% sanitized, clean sheets and towels, professionally cleaned by Gulf Coast Laundry Services. They are the ONLY linen service in the area that guarantees completely clean, sanitized and freshly ironed sheets and towels, giving you peace of mind and a great night’s rest! Vacation Life Properties and Gulf Coast Laundry Services are proud to partner together to give you the cleanest, safest linens possible. Our Housekeeping Team utilizes the safest, most effective disinfecting techniques, as recommended by the CDC, to ensure that your property is the cleanest and safest it can be.Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 – April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly. Renter must be at least 21. If not at least 25 years of age, an additional security deposit and photo ID will be required.We have FREE Secured WiFi in our condo.
