It is the bottom unit of a 2 unit duplex. Our unit is completely separate from the upstairs unit.Bedrooms and Bedding:Queen pillowtop bed in each of the 3 bedrooms. Both living room sofas convert to comfortable full size beds. There is also a twin memory foam rollaway bed (stored in the closet) to be used anywhere in the home. We also have a Pack N Play baby crib and baby high chair so that your baby can live like a local. There are plenty of extra sheets, linens, comforters & pillows.Parking:We have a compact car private garage. Garage width: 16 FT. Height is 8ft.Free overnight parking is also available on the streets in our neighborhood(limited availability on weekends/holidays). There are signs posted about street sweeping on Mondays and Tuesday mornings.Televisions & Entertainment:4 Smart HDTV’s that stream network and cable channels with Youtube TV.WIFIFree WIFI is provided across the entire home.WIFI Speed: Upload 20 mbps: download 200 mbps.
