This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house has been completely renovated from top to bottom and a second story addition added. Brand new fully stocked kitchen with white shaker cabinets, stainless appliances, granite countertops, wine fridge, island and pantry.Brand new furniture in all rooms. Hardwood floors throughout. Master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, 2 closets and 2 dressers for plenty of storage. Upstairs bedroom number 2 has a queen mattress with luxurious linens and full closet and dresser. Upstairs bedroom number 3 is set up perfect for families. It holds a full bunk bed with luxurious serta mattresses and a full closet. There is a large shared bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms with an oversized double vanity a tub/shower combo. Downstairs bedroom number 4 has a queen size bed and bathroom with walk in shower as well. Great room has 65 inch TV with comcast & DVR, sectional sofa with plenty of seating and a rustic dining table that seats 6. There is also seating for 3 more at the kitchen island.Front door seating with wrap around porch and 4 Adirondack chairs to sit each night and enjoy the ocean breezes.The location can’t be beat! Just one block to the ocean, 1 1/2 blocks to West End with nightlife, restaurants and shopping and 1 1/2 blocks to the newly renovated Long Branch Boardwalk. Pier village is just 2 miles away and accessible via the boardwalk as well. Walking distance to churches and synagogues. local grocery store, pharmacy, Dunkin Donuts, 7 Eleven, Surf Taco and many more are all within 3/4 mile of the house.
