The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.Guests can access unit b in back of home, carport B (no garage), Private Rooftop deckIMPORTANT HOME NOTES:-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent-This is the upper (2nd & 3rd Level) of a duplex home. (You will not have access to the ground level street facing patio)-(1) Designated parking spot provided in Covered Carport. Mid-sized Trucks/SUVs are permitted however compact vehicles are always recommended in beach cities. (You will not have access to the Left Carport or either Garage)-Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.- Home has (2) sets of stairs, (1) to enter the home from the front door and (1) to access the rooftop patio.-Pack n’ Play & High Chair must be requested 48 Hours prior to your stay.-Children Must be supervised at all times.-This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals.
