There is also a screened porch with comfortable furnishings and a large flatscreen TV.The first floor master suite is sure to impress with its king sized bed, TV, walk-in closet and master bathroom with double vanities, large soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Ascend the stairs or take the elevator to the second floor where you will find a den with sofa, four chairs, and TV. This would make a great place for kids or teens to have their own space. You will also find a second laundry room and the remaining bedrooms on this level. Four bedrooms feature king sized beds and private, updated bathrooms while two bedrooms feature built-in full over full bunk beds. There is a hallway bathroom available for the bunk rooms.This home is located across the street from Kiawah’s beautiful beach. Guests are welcome to rinse off in the outdoor shower located by the garage doors. Guests can also enjoy the three car garage and elevator.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!This pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for $75/per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature.
