It has been upgraded with central air and other creature comforts without loosing its Tybee originality. Plenty of deck space with dune privacy and a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. This is a real keeper with lots of personality and comfortable furnishings.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
