The house has a private dock on a lagoon connected to the Palmetto Dunes lagoon system and is just across the street from the George Fazio Golf Links clubhouse.The main entry opens to the living room which boasts high ceilings and water views. There is a separate dining area with seating for six, plus a breakfast table with seating for four more. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you would need to cook a great meal at home. It is equipped with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. In the main living room, there is a sleeper sofa and a television. Just off the living room is the den with another sleeper sofa and large flat screen TV. Both rooms open to the back deck with great views of the lagoon and the private pool. The private dock to the house is perfect for some light fishing and enjoying nature.The first guest bedroom features two bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also one trundle bed in this room for sleeping up to 7 guests with an attached bathroom. The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed with an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with double vanities and access to a private deck overlooking the lagoon!
