Unit is located on the 2nd floor with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a private balcony overlooking the beach. Sleeps 6 with the queen air mattress. WiFi included, Smart TV’s, beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Just bring yourselves and you are ready to go! Fully equipped full-sized kitchen with enough supplies to get you started!This is a newly upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is as close to the beach as you can possibly get. 2 brand new bathrooms; newly furnished & decorated. It just doesn’t get better than this. It is located on the 2nd level (1st level is parking) and you must be able to climb stairs, as there is NO elevator on the property.The entire condo is available for use, other than the locked owner/supply closet.I am local and available for emergencies. But contact-free check-in is available by electronic lockbox.Located in a quiet residential area of North Clearwater Beach. As close to the beach as you can get. A bit less crowded and rowdy there, but close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants & bars if you’d like. More family friendly on the North end of the Beach.Being able to climb stairs is a MUST. There is NO elevator on site.You are literally steps to the beach. There is no property on Clearwater beach closer to the sand.
