It also includes a spacious family room with a fire place and stove, dining room, kitchen, a breakfast nook and a common area.The guest/game house has a play room with a wet bar, pool table, ping pong, soccer table, cards table and sauna. An additional spacious bedroom is on the second floor overlooking the surroundings and the tennis court, which brings the total number of bedrooms to 10!Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a swimming pool, a Hot Springs Grande hot tub and an outside fire pit. On the back deck is a huge Weber gas BBQ, a Summit, and we provide the propane! The property includes several miles of private trails and are great for hiking and bird watching.We have recently upgraded the internet, it is now scorching fast! We heat the pool up to 82 to 84 degrees, which is the maximum our equipment can support.*We book for one week, Saturday to Saturday, in summer (mid-June to last week in August)*We have one outdoor security camera on the property, it looks down the driveway, and is there for your security and ours.
